Manuscripts and project materials. When you engage our services, you may share drafts, outlines, recordings or other content. We treat these as strictly confidential and use them only to deliver the work you have requested.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals and quotes, schedule consultations, deliver the services you have requested, send project updates, handle billing, and keep records required for our legitimate business and legal purposes.

Confidentiality is central to how we work. On request, we provide a mutual non-disclosure agreement, and many of our clients remain anonymous. For ghostwriting and similar work, authorship and all rights transfer to you on final delivery and payment, as set out in your project agreement.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete project materials after delivery, subject to any records we must keep by law.
